As the rapid development of economic globalization and the arrival ofinformation technology, human society entered the emerging era of knowledgeeconomy, knowledge and information become the key advantage of resources forbusiness success. With the gradual increase of knowledge on the role in promotingeconomic development, organizational learning has been widespread concern inacademia and industry. At the same time, many enterprises obtain necessary resourcesfor development through cooperation between the enterprises to improve theiroperating efficiency, establish their own dominant position. Cooperative relationshipon business performance has become the focus of academic circles.This thesis is based on reviewing the existing literature to build a theoreticalframework about relationship of collaborative relationship, organizational learningand business performance,we start the empirical study on the effect of thecollaborative relationship on the business performance through organizationallearning as an intermediary variable,with the Northeast enterprise as sample. Thesurvey method of data collection used mainly in combination with factor analysis,regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods, through SPSS statisticalsoftware for the theoretical model proposed by hypothesis test. We study thefollowing questions: Firstly, relationship between organizational learning andbusiness performance;Secondly, relationship between cooperative relationship andfirm performance;Thirdly, relationship between cooperation relationship andorganizational learning.Through the empirical analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: Firstly, organizational learning have a significant positive impact on firmperformance. Companies can learn from each other through inter-enterprise businessmanagers on staff commitment to learning, establish a common vision and establishan open mind in these areas to improve organizational learning, so as to achieve goodbusiness performance.Secondly, cooperative relationship on business performance have significantpositive influence. Enterprise should communicate with partners, mutual cooperationand fulfill their commitments, strengthen mutual adaptability, the more importantthing is to trust each other, these practices can make the cooperation business easier topromote and develop, and is helpful to improve the corporate performance.Thirdly, cooperative relationship has a positive effect on organizational learning.Enterprises in partnership can be resources and complementary skills for each other,and promote both organizational learning, so as to achieve common progress.Fourthly, cooperative relations through the intermediary role of organizationallearning has a positive impact on firm performance. In today’s era of rapiddevelopment in knowledge-based economy,enterprises are widely forged apartnership, organizational learning to obtain important resources, therebycontributing to the business performance of both sides work together to upgrade.To sum up, the theoretical innovation of this article is from the perspective oforganizational learning, put forward "the enterprise cooperation betweenorganizational learning and business performance" framework to verify therelationship. This paper also puts forward corresponding suggestions for enterprises:first of all, create a favorable atmosphere and promote organizational learning; andthen maintain good relations of cooperation to achieve a harmonious win-winsituation.
