| Recently, thanks to restriction of limited resources and direction of sustainabledevelopment strategy, the global economy is turning from the elements-drivendevelopment mode to the innovation-driven model development mode. As coresubject in the development model transformation, High-tech enterprises’development issue has become concerned in many fields. Renewal cycle of the hightechnology products and services is short and they upgrade quickly, so theenterprises need to conduct independent research and development and innovationconstantly. In addition to the external factors, such as policy environment, marketsystem, competitors, the internal factors from the organization are supposed to paymore close attention. Nowadays, the research on Organization Citizenship Behavior(OCB) is becoming a new hotspot. Most scholars, including Organ hold that OCB isemployees voluntary behavior in the individual level, which is not regulated in thesalary system and labor contract, but is good for the effective operation of theorganization and eventually promotes the performance of the enterprises. On theother hand, faced with complex dynamic changeable environment, growingknowledge both inside and outside of organization are growing at an unprecedentedrate. High-tech enterprises regard knowledge innovation as competitive advantage,so their members have to perceive, absorb, then share, put the new knowledge intouse in order to increase enterprise innovation output.Based on the above analysis, this paper studies on the relationship among OCB,knowledge management and innovation performance in high-tech enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the enterprise innovation process and enhance innovation ability.First, this paper expounds the theory related OCB,knowledge management and innovation performance, definite the definition, dimension, role and other aspects of the research variables.Combining with characteristics of high-tech enterprise and its employees,the author confirms several points that job dedication, interpersonal promotion and organization responsibility of OCB can promote knowledge management activities and innovative performance.Moreover, the knowledge management activities can improve the level of innovation performance.Then, this article takes high-tech enterprises for investigation object and conduct a empirical research with questionnaire and structural equation method (SEM).Research conclusions are as follows:(1)The standardized regression weights between job dedication, interpersonal promotion, organization responsibility of OCB and knowledge management are0.312,0.348and0.246,and they all reach the level of significance.High-tech enterprises can promote their knowledge management activities by supporting, encouraging the reasonable employees OCB.(2) The standardized regression weights between job dedication, interpersonal promotion, organization responsibility of OCB and innovation performance are-0.039,0.247and0.120, and only interpersonal promotion reaches the level of significance.Possible explanation is that job dedication of employees affects the performance of productivity significantly,instead of innovation performance.The other possible explanation is that sample quantity deficiency causes some error. And the benefits of organization responsibility reflected directly in more conservation of resources and reputation ascension than innovation.(3)The standardized regression weights between knowledge management and innovation performance is0.393,and reaches the level of significance.This means that high-tech enterprises can pay attention to acquire,share and apply knowledge. As result the technology of products or services can update and innovation performance can be improved constantly.At last, according to the empirical research findings,the author suggests that high-tech enterprise innovation performance improvement can be promoted by encouraging reasonable OCB and formulating knowledge management strategy. On one hand, high-enterprises can establish common enterprise culture, create the knowledge innovation atmosphere, create the good R&D condition, improve communication and cooperation consciousness,pay attention to utilize humanized management and incentive performance evaluation method. On the other hand, the enterprises can strengthen the innovation investment, strengthen protection of intellectual property, establish enterprise knowledge base and improve the use efficiency of knowledge resources. |
