National Grid made a timely talent thriving enterprise strategy,requires qualified personnel at all levels should enhance the company’s capacity forsustainable development as the key to establishing the "Two Changes" needs talentmanagement and control system and working mechanism, grasp the shortage ofqualified personnel training, selection and reference.ABC Company has been used more than seventy years, It has made greatprogress in HR management especially in recent years. However, more and moreproblems exciting in Personnel selection have become an obstacle to thedevelopment.In this paper I will analysis the present situation in ABC Company Personnelselection, and I will discover the disadvantages in our Personnel selection System andgive some constructive feasible solutions. Definitely there is strong pertinence andhigh use value in my article.
