In recent years, with the rapid development of IT, IT services as the main feature of the industry is booming. Software outsourcing to become a new growth point of the IT industry, at the same time play an important role to accelerate the transformation of economic development, promotes the strategic development of new industries. Software and IT services "12th Five-Year" development plan "proposal to accelerate the expansion of the development of service outsourcing business. Went too far, the existing level of project management in many companies simply cannot adapt to the actual needs of the project, schedule delays, the project cost is too high, human resources arrangements such as irrational. Soft International W project and the progress of the project management software I have encountered in practical work, to study the progress of the project management of China’s software outsourcing industry to explore how to control costs, improve quality compression duration, this important reference for the development of China’s software outsourcing industry.Theory of project management, project schedule management is critical to project success. This paper first describes the background and practical significance of the research software outsourcing project schedule management, which put forward the thesis of this paper to study ideas.Then elaborated the definition of project management, project schedule management, WBS Work Breakdown Structure Analysis. In this paper, soft international W project throughout, and track the progress of the W project a sub-milestone plan, linking theory with practice, a realistic guidance for the biggest bright spot of the text of papers. Chapters IV and V is the core, Soft International W project to analyze the problems encountered in practical work, and explain how to develop the project schedule, how to control the progress of the project. Analysis of impact factors of progress of the project, the reasons for the lag on the progress of the project and the project management knowledge of specific measures to control the progress of the project, adjust the project schedule, schedule optimization, and propose a feasible solution. Therefore, this paper package the progress of the project management system of the necessity and practical significance.
