Finally, based on the scientific zero inventory management theory as the guide, Suggested X company take action from the ABC classification, build material zero inventory management infrastructure-IT investment, implement supplier management inventory (VMI), establishing internal management performance evaluation and supplier performance evaluation system, set up legal department, etc, and fix feasible solution.
