With the fierce competition in the international electronic product market,the homogeneous product competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Competition among enterprises should not only lead their competitors in technological research and development,but also improve the management level of suppliers to achieve the core goal of reducing costs and improving profits.The cooperation relationship between enterprises and suppliers should be changed from zero-sum game to win-win cooperation to provide competitiveness for the long-term development of enterprises.As an example,Q Company is an OEM electronic design agent company in many fields.The group company vertically integrates upstream and downstream products,grasps LCD,LED,integrated circuit design and touch handwriting technology,and is equipped with SMT,metal stamping,plastic injection molding,and LCD post-production module assembly.Among them,the computer liquid crystal display,projector products and special displays and other products in the field of manufacturing leading position in the world.However,products such as computer liquid crystal displays,projectors and special displays have gone from high gross margins to slightly higher average margins for 3C products.Although the total volume of orders can maintain a certain scale,the demand for raw materials per unit is declining than before.With the continuous use and price reduction of raw materials,suppliers who had cooperated actively began to respond negatively.In addition,the increasing cost of customer quality and external environmental protection make suppliers increase more hidden costs,impact supplier's profit margin,and worsen supplier's cooperation.The relationship between the supplier and the company changed from active cooperation to profit competition.This paper combines theory with practice.Firstly,it combs the main ways,general situation,organizational structure and functions of supplier management,supplier management process and management system of Q compony.Then,it deeply analyses the current situation and problems of the supplier's import evaluation,the disharmony of delivery time,supplier's inventory management,supplier's cooperative relationship,multi-department management,and excavates the deep-seated reasons of the supplier's management problems.Secondly,using the theory of supplier management,through literature research,comparison method,case analysis,and other research tools and techniques,combined with the work practice in Q Company,the improvement program of supplier management is put forward.Finally,it evaluates the implementation effect of the supplier improvement program,and improves and improves the win-win relationship of supplier management cooperation.The research is of great significance to supplier management for Q compony.Through the research on the improvement of Q compony's supplier management,establish a win-win cooperation relationship with suppliers.Good supplier management is an important embodiment of the competitiveness of enterprises,which directly affects the competitiveness and profitability of enterprises.Supplier management can provide enterprises with good prices of raw materials,and stable supply of raw materials is the guarantee for the continuous supply of enterprise products,improve the supplier management mode of enterprises,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable operation of Q company.
