| Industrial tourism is a new type of special forms of tourism, and industrial enterprises as the object, by virtue of the existing establishments, with the industry-related factors as attraction, such as industrial plant, industrial production facilities or processes, the corporate culture, etc, and a type of tourism projects of combination of industrial and tourism. As a important way to industrial enterprises in transforming their own industrial structure from single to multiple, and a new form of tourism, the industrial tourism takes much attention from the date of its birth and has bright prospects for development.In this paper, we gave out a comprehensive analysis of the development of the domestic and international industrial tourism and the existing problems, summarized the results of research on industrial tourism and the shortcomings. Basing on the related theories, such as the tourism economics, the tourism markets, the tourism development, and so on, it grasps systematically all the factors involved in the promotion of the development of industrial tourism, clears the roles of the factors such as economic, market demand, government, industrial enterprises, tourism, industrial tourism resources, and the intermediary in the development of industrial tourism, setting up a measured dynamic system of industrial tourism development constructed by the thrust, gravity systems, support systems and intermediary system. On the basis of comprehensive investigation and analysis of industrial tourism in Liuzhou, use system analysis method to make a comprehensive evaluation and identify the existing problems in product development, marketing and operation management. In the light of the industrial tourism blending model constructed in the thesis, put forward solutions to these existing problems.The article consists of six parts which are detailed as follows:Chapter1:Begin with the background of the thesis topic. Through the analysis of overall environment, a conclusion is reached that the development and research of industrial tourism products have practical and guiding significance for developing tourism of China. Based on the premise that the topic has positive significance, conceive the thesis structure and put forward the new research ideas and ways. Besides, summarize the origin and development of industrial tourism, detailedly analyze the achievements of industrial tourism at home and abroad and point out its disadvantages in theory.Chapter2:Introduce some basic theory in relation to the thesis. Chapter3:Construct a model blending industry with tourism. Analyze and summarize the effects of development factors of industrial tourism, and conclude that four kinds of force contribute to the blending namely thrust, gravity, supportive and intermediary force. Thus the blending model of industrial tourism consisting of thrust subsystem gravity subsystem, support subsystem, and intermediary subsystem is constructed. Chapter4:Firstly introduce the overall situation of Liuzhou tourism, then analyze the survey results of tourist market and tourists’ satisfaction, and reveal the deficiencies of Liuzhou industrial tourism.Chapter5:Use the blending model constructed and combine the actual situation of Liuzhou to systematically improve and optimize the problems arising from industrial tourism and put forward targeted solutions.Chapter6:Conclusion. The research achievements are summarized compactly, proposes and analyzes its own insufficiency in existence in this article and looks forward to the next research direction. |
