| The Industrial Tourism is the product of social development at certain stage, which is one kind of emerging tourism programs along with the tourism development, and one new kind of mixed industry integrated the industrial enterprise and the tourism. The Industrial Tourism has been on the rise in some developed countries since the half century, which is honored as "Sunrise in Sunrise Industry". Industrial Tourism starts up late in our country, but the development momentum is swift and violent, has appealed high attention of the government, the business community and academics fields. The dissertation draws heavily from the fields of industrial economics, regional economics, tourism economics. In order to enrich industry fusion theory and micro theory of tourism economics, provide theoretical guidance for enterprises, theoretical base and suggestions for decision-making when authorities make policies of industrial tourism, the dissertation analyzes current situation of Industrial Tourism, summarizes successful experience of Industry Tourism in Western developed country, constructs development models of Industrial Tourism in our country.The whole dissertation consists of 8 chapters. It firstly illustrates the connotation of Industrial Tourism and Industrial Heritage Tourism; and then constructs models of industrial tourism in our country after reorganizing and computing and analyzing of related data on Industrial Tourism and proposes some Industrial Tourism models and their characteristics, such as cultural inheritance development model, comprehensive landscape development model, modern enterprise development model, demonstration development model of art pieces, heritage and the museum development model. Regardless of a certain model, it must be planned and designed scientifically with honored brands, reasonable allocation of resource and obvious tourism characteristic.The dissertation analyzes industrial tourism demonstrations between 2004 and 2007 from the view of region and space, such as population distribution, the region distribution, the industrial distribution and tourists markets, promulgates the causes of imbalanced reason in special distribution and obvious cluster mechanism: The Circle of Bohai Industry Tourism has the characteristics as obvious superiority in regional position, transportation, the talented, and resources, dense city distribution, profound condition for developing industry tourism; Eastern Coastal Industry Tourism Area lays solid foundation for Industrial Tourism with rich industrial tourism resource, dense city distribution, convenient transportation, good infrastructure, advanced business management, plenty of tourist market. Comparing to the other industrial tourism area, The Yellow River Middle Reaches Industrial Tourism Area has more scattered demonstration, weak cluster, to a certain extent which has limited diffusion of cluster effects.After empirical analysis, the dissertation has determined six alternative development models of Liaoning Industrial Tourism and conducts a research on Fuxin Industrial Heritage Tourism Model. The dissertation tried to offer their valuable ideas and helps to find a survival road from the transformation "Industrial economy" to "Experienced economy" for old industrial city Fuxin of Liaoning that is on the side of decline.Based on the above research, the dissertation proposes corresponding countermeasures of Industry Tourism in our country from aspects of policy, system, region interaction respectively. |
