Liaoning Of County Economy Industry Cluster Research

It is universally known that county economy has always been a frailty in the economic development of Liaoning, a big industrial and agricultural province. Such frailty remains until the CPC Sixteenth National Congress, which proposes the slogan of Rejuvenating the Old Northeastern Industrial Base and stimulates the Liaoning’s county economy greatly. Especially, large-scale prominent industrial clusters contribute a lot to the country economy. Indeed, developing county economy is not only a strategic measure to build well-off society in an all-around way and promote comprehensive national strength, but also a final assault fortified position to realize modernization.Currently, Liaoning is in the initial stage of developing county industrial clusters, so this paper is of guiding significance to the development of economic development of Liaoning.Generally, this paper carries some research and analysis of development of county industrial clusters in Liaoning, points out the problems in the development and proposes the corresponding solutions. At the beginning, relevant theories about county economy and industrial cluster are introduced, laying a theoretical foundation for the following research. Then, the author describes current situation of the development of Liaoning’s county economy and industrial clusters and divides the development into five genres: Agricultural clusters, Industrial clusters, Urbanization, county service clusters and farmers’income. Based on these situations, the author aims to find out the problems in the development of Liaoning’s county economy. Finally, against these problems, some solutions are given, which include accelerating development of agricultural clusters, vigorously developing county industrial clusters, and perfecting various support policies and county financial policies,etc.
