A Countermeasure Study Of The Problems Of Urban-village Renovation Of Tengzhou Shandong Province

With the accelerating urbanization process and continuing expansion of city size, the ruralarea of the edge of the city is constantly being annexed to become part of the city, the villagers lost their land and no longer be engaged in agricultural activities, but due to the lag of the household registration system reform, these villagers retains the status as farmers and house property, the so-called "urban village" appeared. Buildings in "urban villages" are disorganized and environment is "dirty""chaos" and "poor", that not only seriously affect the quality of life of the masses in villages, but also make more serious damage to the landscape of the city as a whole.Reconstruction of the Village is imperative and the rational renovation of urban-village is of strategic importance for the sustainable development of urban economy, however, the renovation of villages is related to social harmony and stability and the vital interests of the masses, it is a worth exploring urban renewal problems. In this paper, we will take Tengzhou city as an example, analyzing the status of villages and the problems in Tengzhou, studying the reasons for the formation of villages and the negative impact, as well as the necessary for renovation and the difficult. What’s more, we also put forward the transformation strategy of on Tengzhou villages, hoping to provide a reference for all the other villages reconstruction work.
