The areas located around the city are supposed to belong to the rural areas. Firstly, according to the characteristics of ecological afforestation project, this paper identifies the risks of the renovation project and then defines 16 risk factors and establishes the risk evaluation index system of the urban village renovation project. Secondly, the paper evaluates the comprehensive risk of the urban village renovation project and makes decision that the comprehensive risk is in a normal level. Thirdly, on the basis of the risk identification and the risk evaluation, combing the actual condition of the urban village renovation project, the paper puts forward the risk prevention measures. The paper raises corresponding measures to different risks to keep the risk down to the lowest level to ensure the smooth completion of the urban village renovation project.
