Suppliers Selection Research And Plementat On Automobile Industry Chain Collaboration Platform

In the supply chain management, manufacturing enterprises are facing to improve product quality, shorten delivery cycles, reduce costs and improve service pressures. The manufacturing enterprises gradually reduce the number of suppliers. So they are focusing on manufacturing supplier of scientific choice. This paper is based on the automobile industry chain collaboration platform. The manufacturing enterprises grasp the case of suppliers. The factory dynamics evaluate supplier, and selects suitable suppliers, to obtain a reasonable purchase price, ensure product quality and on-time delivery and get the best quality service. Final factory and supplier establish cooperative relations.Firstly, the paper analysis supplier data of platform and supplier evaluation then summarizes the selection system requirements. On this basis, Supplier selection system total solution is proposed. The paper also summarizes business processes for supplier selection, and completes the system requirements modeling. Secondly, the paper evaluates supplier through the establishment of supplier selection model. Through the assessment of new suppliers and industry chain collaboration platform vendor evaluation compared, with domestic and foreign suppliers of existing achievement evaluation system this paper determines the assessment index system model; Through the vendor evaluation methods commonly used in the study, combined with the characteristics of this supplier selection, this paper chooses the weighted gray correlation algorithm vendor evaluation. This paper uses fuzzy complementary matrix to determine the weight. Again, the paper designs to complete the system, including overall design, functional module design and database design. Finally, base on above work the vendor selection system has been developed.
