Any world-class brand boasts its unique and innovative business model. With its direct selling model, Dell surpasses HP&IBM in a very short period. Thanks to its innovative Kanban management model, Toyota’s profits are much more than those of the world’s top3motor-makers. To make great achievements, China’s enterprises have to create their own business model to meet the needs of the new economic times. This paper, according to the firsthand working experience of the author, makes a study of Haier’s individual-order combination business model in the Internet times, aiming at offering lessons&references in the path of China’s enterprises exploring their own business model.This paper contains five parts. In the first part, it introduces the background and significance of the study of the enterprise business model as well as the development course of the enterprise business model. The second part displays us the development of the appliance industry in China and then analyzes the macro situations ahead of it. On the basis of the presentation of Haier’s development, innovation and practice in business model, the third part summarizes Haier’s overall conditions. Then, in the fourth part, it comes to Haier’s practice and experience in the promotion of its individual-order combination business model. Last, in the five part, on one hand, it makes a further analysis of the results of Haier’s individual-order combination business model and its developing direction in the future. On the other hand, it reveals problems in the exploration of Haier’s business model and put forwards the improvement advice.
