Jining City Logistics Park Planning Study

The development of Modern Logistics promotes the Logistics Park. As animportant node of the logistics system, Logistics Park plays a crucial role insocialization, specialization and intensive of the logistics. With the realization of itseconomic benefits and social benefits, China leads to the climax of Logistics Parkconstructing after the planning of Shenzhen Pinghu Logistics Park. However, thelogistics park constructing is a long-term project which needs enormous funds andhuge land. Without the Scientific Planning, the hasty construction will be costly.Therefore, before the construction of the logistics park, it is an important and necessarywork to do the scientific reasonable planning of Logistics Park with the considerationof the national conditions and local social development.In this paper, the planning of Jining Logistics Park is the main study object. Firstly,with the analysis the situation of the domestic and international logistics park planning,this paper introduces the related academic basis of Logistics Park and defines theconnotation and classification of Logistics Park through the discrimination of therelationship between the Logistics Center, Distribution Center and Logistics Park.Secondly, this paper analyses the national conditions especially the developmentactuality of logistics and forecasts the Jining Logistics demand. Thirdly, with theresearch on the site planning of Jining Logistics Park, this paper establishes appraisingsystem for the site of the Jining Logistics Park, applies analytic Hierarchy Process toconfirm weight of index and establishes the site evaluating model of Jining logistics park by fuzzy comprehensive appraisal approach. In addition, this article discusses thescale planning of Jining Logistics Park. Based on the confirmation of the LogisticsPark’s scale taking the Jining logistics demand as given, this paper does the research onthe scale of single logistics park in Jining by proportion method and analogy.
