So companies have to implement the HSE management system, to prevent and control HSE risks, to ensure that the business operation and sustainable development.As we all known,the information system is an indispensable tool for enterprise management in the information society.HSE information systems support the management efficiently and help companies achieve HSE management objectives.Unfortunately, the case of failure in information technology because of the lack of scientific and effective management model is no stranger to us.So,The Closed-loop Management Model of CNPC HSE information systems is very necessary.lt will help CNPC to establish HSE information systems to unite the knowledge of the corporate HSE, meet the HSE management information needs and services of the HSE strategy, support sustainable development and innovation successfully.In this study, the HSE Information System Capability Maturity Model, and the closed-loop management model base on the Analysis of HSE information systems promotion integration and assessment will be established.lt will provide some useful reference for the information systems implementation of petrochemical industry.A series of effective management tool used in this paper,such as HSE management elements of assessment method the corporate safety culture matrix Assessment Act, the Nolan model, HSE information system capability maturity model.can effectively assess the level of HSE information management.assess the potential risks of management process.Closed-loop management model, focusing on information systems and management system,can also be modified according to the situation will be applied to the implementation of other management information systems, has strong applicability. |
