Investment in science and technology for the development of science and technology plays a very important role; the government should play a corresponding function, invest in science and technology, and can not completely rely on the market. In recent years, along with our province science and technology investment increase ceaselessly, research on Performance Evaluation of Science and Technology become very important, on the basis of theoretical research, the collection of relevant information, introduction of technology development in Anhui Province, analyzes the Anhui province government science and technology investment situation, existing problems and the causes of the problem. To identify suitable for Anhui province government science and technology investment performance evaluation index, find out Anhui province government science and technology input and output problems, put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions. At last, The Normative supervision management system of Performance evaluation and is insufficient。This research thought, should increase investment, promote the rapid development of science and technology, perfect performance evaluation system, to create a good environment and comprehensive assessment, investigation and research, to ensure that the performance assessment of usefulness, deepen the reform of the management system, enhance the science and technology investment benefit.
