Therefore, we should study and build the trade association governance structure from the perspective of economic law which is the compromise of public and private law. That is to say, to achieve the perfect unification of the trade association’s internal management and external supervision. Specifically, this should guarantee the trade association’s fully autonomy in the internal management, and the government needs to provide rules and moderate supervisions. Only in this way can we build up the management system which will adapt to the reality of the trade association and guarantee the trade association’s function of the communication with market and the government.The trade associations have exposed a lot of problems in actual operation., such as unsound organizational structure, low efficiency, weak sense of service, so it is necessary to strengthen the governance of the trade associations. Learn from the experience in foreign trade associations" operation, it is a general trend to transform the trade associations and other non-profit organizations by using the theory of corporate governance. First, to establish the principles of autonomy, the ruling oi’law. democracy, cheeks and balances and effectiveness in building the corporate governance structure of the trade associations. Second, to establish and improve the organizational structure, operating mechanism and the construction of supporting systems of the trade associations. Meanwhile, the government provides rules by the means of non-mandatory guidance.Only in this way, can we build good corporate governance structure of the trade associations; make the trade associations carry their functions effectively, so that they can play a role in building the socialist harmonious society.
