The Study On The Strategic Of General Aviation Operating Companies In Bohai Sea Ring Area

With the development of the economy, the needs of the general aviation are becoming increasingly enlarger.There are more and more new general aviation operating companies because of the reform of the lower airspace management.This paper provides a direction for the strategic management of general aviation business for the general aviation companies in Bohai Ring Area, and also for the other GA companies in China.The paper introduces characteristics of the Bohai Ring Area and the development situation of GA home and abroad, especially in Bohai Ring. The paper also forecast the market prospect. The internal and external enviroments of the new general aviation companies in Bohai Ring Area is analysed through the method of SWOT and PEST, and some strategic advices are presented. the general aviation enterprise should go the way of differentiation, avoid too centralize business scope. On the one hand, introducing strategic investors should be considered, as it could expand the financial strength. On the other hand, the management level and the technical level can be improved by cooperating with foreign enterprise.At the same time, making the social goals and economic goals unified is important, too. The strategy contains risk management strategy, market strategy, talent resource strategy and financial management strategy after refining the function of the enterprise strategy. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the enterprise strategy, organization structure and enterprise strategy of one company must be adapted, and resource allocation should serve the implementation of the strategy.The“failure”situation should be faced in the process of the strategic-control. Finally, the general aviation companies may exit the market by selling planes or financing lease and so on to avoid bigger losses.
