Organizational Structure For Multi-project Management In Real Estate Companies Based On PMO

“Project Management” has been developing for half a century. Due to economicglobalization and the development of information technology, managing multipleprojects simultaneously becomes increasingly common for real estate companies.Multi-project management is a complex enterprise management activity. An effectivemanagement organizational structure for multi-project management is essential.However, several existing project management organizational structures are built for themanagement of a single or a few projects in the real estate companies.
