Study On The Problems Of Rural Urbanization In Hebei Province

For over 30 years of reform and opening up, China has made great achievements attracting worldwide attention. Owning to the significant development of the comprehensive national strength and the level of economic in China, China has entered a new stage of building a moderately prosperous society, building a harmonious socialist society is a development strategy in the current and future. The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers are always the important issues of China’s reform and opening up. The key to solve farmers’ problems is to reduce the farmers. Therefore, promoting the process of urbanization is the major measures to promote sustained development and increase farmers’ income, ease employment pressure, achieve sustainable development strategies and building a moderately prosperous society. Urbanization in rural areas is an important aspect of building a socialist harmonious society. To build a harmonious society, urban and rural residents must have the equal rights, urban and rural resources can flow freely, urban and rural education, culture, health care, social security and so on must be integrated. And the solution of these problems is a process of urbanization in rural areas. Hebei is a big agricultural province. At present, the rural urbanization of Hebei province is accelerating, urban construction is intensifying, the level and quality of urbanization has been significantly improved compared to the early reform and opening up, but it can not catch up with the level of urbanization of some of the developed coastal regions. In this paper, it is analyze the status , problems and the constraint factors of rural urbanization in Hebei province, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions has been put forward towards the problems and reasons.First, this paper analyzes the basic theory of rural urbanization, introduces the basic concepts and scientific connotations of rural urbanization, and analyzes the relationship between urbanization and industrialization, so we have a basic understanding and definition of rural urbanization. Second, by summing up the experiences and problems of the foreign development of urbanization, to inspire ideas and ways of rural urbanization in Hebei Province. Third, this passage uses a wide range of statistical data analysis method to analyze the status and problems of the rural urbanization, such as the level of urbanization in Hebei province has increased, but it also lags behind the level of industrialization; the level of living standard of urban and rural residents has increased annually in Hebei province; the urban infrastructure is weak in Hebei province and so on. Fourth, this paper uses the statistical data analysis method to analyze the constraints of the rural urbanization in Hebei Province. Such as the lags of the Urbanization planning, the financial input of urbanization is inadequate and so on. Finally bases on the summary of the first half, for the problems and causes of rural urbanization in Hebei province, this paper proposes some corresponding policies. Such as accelerating the development of industrialization, strengthening the construction of small cities and towns to promote rural urbanization, planning the urban layout rationally, coordinating the regional development balanced and so on. Sincerely hope that this study will provide some theoretical significance and practical significance of rural urbanization in Hebei province.
