In this article the current situation and issues of incentive mechanism for developers are classified and analyzed. Starting from company background, then describing the current incentive mechanism and the existing demission and following the problem to be studied. Meanwhile the JSD software developers are researched on the basic information and work motivation. Based on the analysis of survey a incentive mechanism was figured out, in which payment and welfare to inspire the developers to work more efficient, career planning and share ownership to motivate the developers.On the base of analysis of incentive mechanism for JSD company developers the incentive mechanism is completed proposed, in which post wage system instead of the current non-post wage system and the regulation of bonuses to be more quantitative and complete directions for the development of different positions and the development of staff are discussed.The study of incentive mechanism for software developers is continues and refining. The aim of this article is focused on the software developers of JSD company, to explore and improve the incentive mechanism for medical software industry.
