Shandong The Furious International Logistics Group Enterprise Development Strategy Research

From the perspective of logistics parks development and operations, this article combinesthe meaning and the function of the logistics parks, industrial clusters theory and the product lifecycle theory etc., demonstrates the necessity and reasonableness of the logistics parksdevelopment. At the same time, due to the reasons that the short time and the low level of thelogistics parks development in China, and the differences of various nations’logistics parksdevelopment, there are important theoretical and practical significance to explore the logisticspark development path suited to China’s national conditions.Secondly, through the overall understanding and the analysis of domestic and internationallogistics industry and logistics parks development process, we can learn from the advancedexperiences and practices of foreign logistics park construction, thus to guide and inspirate thedevelopment and construction of logistics parks in China. On the basis of closing to the realityand extensive reference，this article identified and recognized the shortcomings and thedevelopment direction of China’s logistics parks development and summarized the experiences inthe practice of logistics parks construction and development in China. Then we selected a typicalrepresentative logistics park of Shandong province—Gaishi Group as the object of study andcarried out a detailed research. Through the detailed strategic analysis and research, this articlepromoted some development strategies and recommendations which is helpful for the logisticsparks construction and relevant business development of Gaishi Group.This article expects that through the exploratory study on the development and constructionof logistics parks, more and more people can recognize the importance of the logistics parks onthe economic and social development and pay more attention to the logistics industry andlogistics parks development, thus to explore the new development model of logistics parks whichis in line with our national conditions.
