Therefore, enterprise growth hasalways been a hot topic of theoretical research; experts from the field of economics,management, etc conduct in-depth research on growth cycle and the connotation of it.However, the growth of enterprise will be quite different in different environment. Atpresent, the world economy is in the new trend of economic parks and industrialagglomeration. The park economy, which has shown a strong competitive advantageand innovation advantages, has become a common phenomenon around the word. Thedevelopment of park economy not only reflects a country’s level of economicdevelopment, but also the strong competitive and innovative advantage which itshows has attracted more and more companies competing to go in to the park in orderto achieve better growth. The park is not only a simple gathering, more importantly, aqualitative leap of the enterprise after the agglomeration. That is Companies haveaccess to the park economies of scale, scope and external economies. To achievebetter and faster growth of enterprises in the park, we must first ascertain where thedriving forces behind the competitive advantage of enterprises in the park. Therefore,the dynamic mechanism of the growth of research park companies, enterprises in thepark for the future better growth a direction, has important significance.The growth of enterprises in the park is the research object of this paper. Wehave used theoretical and empiric analysis method of combining to conduct in-depthstudy on the dynamic mechanism of growth of enterprises in the park. First, the articleoutlines the theory of growth of enterprises in the park of domestic and foreign andpoint out the inadequacies of explaining the growth of the enterprises in the park bytraditional theory. Then analyze the connotation of growth of enterprises in the park，believe that the growth of enterprises in the park is not only the expansion but thequalitative change that is, the ability to grow. It usefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the dynamic mechanism, comingto the good momentum, and propose appropriate policy recommendations.
