Research On The Growth Motivation Mechanism Of Park's Small And Micro-Enterprises In China

Small and Micro-Enterprises ( SMEs ) in China play an important role in enhancing the vitality of the market, expanding employment and promoting economic development. This paper mainly study the dynamic mechanism of the growth of Park's SMEs in China, focusing on analyzing the influential factors of promoting the growth of SMEs and the mechanism of action, and evaluating the influential factors quantitatively and its important degree with the related data of the growth of Park's SMEs in Xiangtan city of Hunan province, and then a series of policy recommendations are given to promote the growth of Park's SMEs in China,which have great significance to promote the sustainable development of Chinese economy.First of all, defined the scope of research of SMEs, and based on the relative theory of the growth of enterprises, and used the method of document research, clarified the factors of affecting the growth of SMEs and their relativity, including the entrepreneurs' endowment of resources, the structure of the organizational efficiency, the external environment of enterprises, the ability of marketing and the ability of technological innovation, etc. Secondly,constructed the theoretical model of the dynamic mechanism of the growth of Park's SMEs in China, and put forward nine hypotheses according to the interaction mechanism of the influential factors of the growth of SMEs; All kinds of influential factors of evaluating index system was built, and then designed the corresponding questionnaire; And conducted a survey visit to complete the work of questionnaire survey and data sorting. Thirdly, used the theory of the model of structural equation and so on, through document research and survey data,analyzed and designed 21 indicators to build into structural equation path diagram, and used SPSS to analyze the survey data and used the software of LISREL to inspect the structural equation, through empirical analysis concluded that the innovative spirit of entrepreneurs, the anticipation ability, the performance appraisal, the government policy environment, the financing environment, the scientific and technological support and the industrial cluster are fundamental dynamic factors of the growth of SMEs in China; The marketing ability under the influence of fundamental dynamic factors of the entrepreneurs' innovative spirit, the anticipation ability, the financing environment and the industrial cluster can produce direct power for the development of SMEs; The ability of technological innovation under the influence of fundamental dynamic factors of entrepreneurs' innovation spirit, the performance appraisal, the scientific and technological support can produce direct power for the development of SMEs; And the marketing ability of SMEs has a direct effect on their own technological innovation ability. Finally, according to the analysis of conclusion and summing up, obtained the dynamic mechanism of the growth of Park's SMEs in China, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the formation and improvement of the growth ability of Park's SMEs in China.
