In recent years, with the deepening of reform of collective forest right system, forestry production and management restrictions are being gradually liberalized. In this context, Beijing’s foresters as the object of study, to analyze the impact of factors that will affect farmers involved in forestry cooperation organization, to offer some suggestions to further improve the production of forestry cooperatives.The article first based on field research carried out in data and information, a summary of a more systematic and comprehensive analysis of the status of the farmers’ cooperative organizations, Beijing forestry cooperation organization and the status of forest change; then describes the status of Beijing farmers involved in forestry cooperation organization, including problems and their causes in the engagement process. In order to improve the enthusiasm of farmers involved in forestry cooperation organization, as well as to promote the standardized development of Beijing forestry cooperation organization,Then the article on the basis of finishing566questionnaire after the field research in Beijing foresters, to analyze the wishes of the main factors that influence farmers to participate in cooperative organizations by using Factor Analysis and Logistic Regression Model from14characteristics of the four aspects, which include personal characteristics from the head of the household, the household production characteristics, the awareness of farmers on the cooperative organizations and government policies.Through research that foresters exposed in the process of participation and cooperation of the lack of expertise, lack of woodland resources has led to the production of enthusiasm is not high, the lack of capable people to drive, poor level of management and other issues; the Beijing foresters involved in cooperation affected by the following factors, which are forestry income factor, the impact of the forest resource endowment factor and the awareness of forestry cooperation organization factor, personal characteristics factor had no significant effect. Finally, the foresters involved in a number of problems in the process of cooperation to put forward appropriate policy recommendations.
