Forestry sectors of the economy not only in contemporary,is a basic industry,human civilization is also acts as a very important role in public welfare undertakings,it helps us to improve the ecological environment,to protect the material resources necessary for our social life,and promote harmony between organisms.In addition,one of the main West Coast Economic Zone is to strengthen cooperation between Fujian Forestry Science and Technology.Deepen cooperation between Fujian Forestry,Forestry ensure the orderly and rapid development is inseparable from the cooperation between Fujian and transformation of forestry science and technology.And transformation of scientific and technological cooperation between Fujian Forestry is a major advantage of Fujian Forestry Development:First,Fujian and Taiwan is similar in woodland terrain,woodland climate,forest area,forest planting techniques and other aspects of forestry operations phase,which is cooperation between Fujian Forestry Science and Technology provides an ideal natural environment;Secondly,Fujian and Taiwan have all kinds of comparative advantage.Opposite Taiwan,Fujian has the advantage of forming a foundation to study forestry technology as the leading complete technical system.The relative advantages Fujian,Taiwan's high-tech has practical promotion of forestry technology applications,forest products processing and operations,we should learn to Taiwan valuable practice and experience in these areas.In this paper,on the efficiency of cooperation between Fujian Forestry Science and Technology Research and transformation to evaluate and identify the main factors affecting its main Fujian and Taiwan strait Forestry Science and Technology in collaboration with conversion efficiency for these factors,on the promotion of cooperation between Fujian Forestry Science and Technology policy system framework for the standardization and transformation of high efficiency.This thesis of the six parts:The first part is an introduction,the first is to understand the context of cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Forestry and make sense of the study,followed by a summary of the research scholars to make forestry reviewed,proposed in this study objectives and research methods and technology roadmap related issues will be solved and will be used,and finally showed the shortcomings of innovation and research could be done;the second part of the existing cooperation between Fujian Forestry Science and Technology through domestic and international and the conversion efficiency of research,there may be summed up in forestry science and technology cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan issues;third part is the empirical analysis of scientific and technological cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Forestry and conversion efficiency,including the efficiency of the evaluation index system of primaries and identify key indicators;Section four parts by collecting and calculating data on scientific and technological cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Forestry overall conversion efficiency and effectiveness of the evaluation points;fifth part of the analysis factors,to improve cooperation between Fujian Forestry Science and Technology and the conversion efficiency of the main ideas presented and related The feasibility of policy proposals;Section VI summarizes the conclusions of the study and to the need to further explore the issue.
