Business model is the basic theory about how an enterprise create,transfer,acquire it’s value. It is also the key value of the whole enterprise. An appropriate business model can make an enterprise go smoothly and stand on the preponderant position among competiton.A business model which is not correspond to the market and resources can make the enterprise lose it’s market share in the short term,and moreover,in the long term it will lose it’s competiton ability totally.It is no doubt that business model is very important for an enterprise.Nowadays many kinds of business models are pouring out.Entrepreneurs and investors are not only confronted with setting up a single business model but how to ctreate and rebuild a business model suitable for themselves under such a complex global environment and increasingly competiton. So it is one of the means for the enterprise to have certain experience to draw on other successful business models.However business model innovation is the essential purpose of the business model research.Both the conceptional and methodological study can provide evidence and thoughts for the business model innovation. In order to get the overwhelming superiority among all the competitors and imitators,the enterprise must adjust it’s business model continuously.The creation and change in the business model in Alibaba.com Limited is the key factor of why it can set a good example to other competitors.This article includes five parts.In the first part,the inside business environment of Alibaba.com Limited is put forward including the analysis of it’s profession and financial situation. In the second part,the four deep impetuses of business innovation in Alibaba.com Limited is presented in detail.The third part is the major subject of this thesis.Based on the four areas of the business model, a whole string of innovation in Alibaba.com Limited is presented.In the meantime,the previous business model and the present business model is compared.In the fourth part, by using the comparative method and the systematic evaluation method,the unique creative mode in Alibaba.com is concluded.In the last part,the general conclusion of this thesis is presented.The distinctive features of this thesis is to carry out the research by the method of eptimize-analysis-conclude.And in order to make a thorough conclusion,both the evaluation method and comparative method is used.
