Business model describes how to value creation, value delivery and value to obtain, the basic principle of logic is the enterprise to carry out business activities. Suitable for enterprise’s business model can make the enterprise in market competition in a dominant position. And if the business model of the enterprise will not fit with the market demand in the short term, a huge waste of resources of enterprise, in the long run will lose a lot of market opportunity, lead to enterprise in competition in a passive position, so match competitive business model for the enterprise to keep the initiative in market competition.On the analysis of the business model along with the Internet boom rise gradually, from the analysis of the relevant literature can be seen that the value of business model innovation brings to the enterprise is most evident in the Internet age, this article selects alibaba B2B business as the research object, using Wei Wei and wu-xiang zhu business model and the Osterwalder business model, detailed analysis of each part of the business model innovation.This paper is divided into five parts:in structure overall in the first part expounds the purpose and significance of the study, this paper used in the process of research methods and theoretical basis and the present status of research on business model. The second part of the e-commerce industry as well as the related of the alibaba B2B business is analyzed, and then the comprehensive analysis on the company’s financial situation, set the stage for the subsequent discussions. The third part is the analysis of the alibaba business model innovation motives, including market-oriented factors analysis, industry environmental analysis, macro environment (PEST) impact analysis, as well as the internal environment analysis, find out the motive for its business model innovation. The fourth part analyzes the process of alibaba B2B business model innovation, from the orientation, business system, the core resources ability, profit ability, the structure of the free cash flow and so on five aspects to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis, the fifth part to evaluate objectively the alibaba’s innovation process, through the comparative analysis with the global resources to find influence on enterprise management, business model innovation from macro environment influence analysis.
