Research And Practice On Research Study Of Middle School Physics Under The Network Environment

Region as a whole taking part in international competition has becomecharacteristics and requirement of a new era. Central urban cluster of Liaoning provinceis a significant economic development area of northeast China and economic core regionof Liaoning. Currently, development of interregional cooperation and integration hasbecame a public agenda concerned by both each city government of central Liaoning andacademic circles. In the integration process of regional economic development ofShenyang economic area, we pay attention to the constraints that hinderintergovernmental cooperation such as political performance competition and poorintergovernmental cooperation. The thesis proposes concrete suggestions to solve theproblem of intergovernmental cooperation in the region on the basis of utilizinginter-governmental management theory through analysising the existed problems ofregional cooperation in economic area of Shenyang and the further causes of them. Thethesis is divided into five parts:The first part is exordium, which introduces subject selection background andresearch significance. It concludes the research situation to the problem of regionalcooperation of Shenyang economic area in recent years and based on which proposes theresearch framework of the thesis.The second part discusses the theoretical foundation of the research. Firstly definesseveral basic concepts related to the thesis. They are region and regional government aswell as regional coordination and cooperation. Secondly introduces the theory ofintergovernmental management including its definition, characteristics and main ideasand also concludes the evolvement of intergovernmental management，and Points out thesignificance of intergovernmental management.The third part reviews the situation of economic cooperation in Shenyang economicarea and then made a penetrating analysis of the problems as well as causing reasons inthis area. The problems are the inadequate depth and capability and participation subjectsingle of regional cooperation.The forth part based on the governmental functional location and fundamental principles of regional cooperation of Shenyang economic area, proposes specificsuggestions on several aspects such as constructs scientific system of politicalperformance competition, regional benefit mechanism and information interactive serviceplatform, according to intergovernmental management theory, starting with creatingbetter institutional environments of regional cooperation in Shenyang economic area. Atthe same time, it gives a detailed description of encouraging the methods of regionalurban clusters’ self-coordination, establish a strong mechanism for monitoringimplementation of contract, establishing specialized organization of regional cooperation,encouraging all kinds of social organizations take part in cooperation as well asstrengthening reticular coordination.The concluding part summarizes the main conclusions of the thesis and prospectsthe future development of regional cooperation of Shenyang economic area.
