Employee engagement is a key factor in driving organizational performance. In order to achieve a high degree of professionalism, companies require employees to believe in the organization’s strategic goals and values, to improve the sense of attachment to organization, and be willing to invest the passion for work; on the other hand, company provides more career development opportunities for high performer to achieve a win-win goal that the development of enterprises and the demands of employees.In this paper, the author did comprehensive analysis to Employee Engagement in DP company and explore the key drives which influence Employee Engagement by using research and statistical analysis of research methods, making comparison to high performance companies norm provided by third-party consultant, and combined with previous employee engagement data, in line with the theory of human resource management and engagement analysis methods and findings to compare with external benchmarking companies, to identify own strengths and areas for improvement; to improve the internal Human Resource Management System by targeted solution to problems the survey finds out; to enhance the emotion, wisdom and commitment that employees invested to the company and put together the sources of power to company’s continuing development.The thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter1is introduction, Chapter2shows detailed theoretical foundation for the engagement concept, describes the structure and methodology of engagement measurement, and the difference between engagement and other related concepts. The third chapter takes an overview of employee management status quo in DP company and background for the survey, wraps up DP company’s business scope, company’s strategic objectives, company size and staff profile, and problems in human resource management in recent years. Chapter4demonstrates2011annual employee engagement survey, including the process, making data analysis to the indicators and dimensions separately, and makes data comparison with the findings in2007as well as external benchmarking in the purpose of finding out current management problems of the company and key drivers fit for employee in DP specific mechanism. Chapter5raises proposals and advises to improve employee engagement in line with the findings, which including the direction of change, action plans for improvements, and processes of implementation and etc. Chapter6makes a conclusion and outlook, summarizing the results of the employee engagement survey.
