With the rapid development of the market economy in China,the competition between enter prises has changed from the limited material resources to the valuable human resources.Ent erprises pay more and more attention to the problems of employees in enterprises.Under thi s background,Z company,located in Guangzhou,Guangdong,needs to investigate and anal yze employee engagement in order to meet the needs of strategic transformation.This article uses the Hewitt company report to measure the employee engagement with the three dimen sions of willingness to publicize,be willing to stay in office,and to be willing to pay.Combi ned with past literature and Gallup advisory report,we measure employee satisfaction by 68 questions,including 17 factors,such as institutional support,salary satisfaction and corpora te culture.The results showed that:(1)from the perspective of gender,the proportion of female work engagement is slightly higher than that of men.From the age perspective,the younger age is higher than that of the older age,and the proportion of professional dedication is as high as100%,and those who are not professional are mainly from 26 to 35 years old.(2)from the le vel of education,the proportion of employees with bachelor's degree is 30% higher than that of graduate students and above.3)from the experience of work,the proportion of novice an d veteran employees was up to 100%,and those who did not pay attention were mainly distr ibuted between 5 and 10 years.(4)from the location of view,the employees' dedication to th e domestic project department is higher than that of the domestic department.According to t he above conclusion,the author combined with the further analysis of driving factors and pu t forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
