Changes In The Properties Of Gansu Rural Area And Its Poverty Reduction Mode Choice

Global issues of poverty troubled the development of many countries in the world, whatever in the low Productivity developing countries or the developed capitalist countries. Therefore, poverty eradication is the goals and ideals of most countries. China as the most populous country in the development, is the most severe poverty in one of the countries in the world, poverty alleviation task is very difficult. In order to build a socialist harmonious society and comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society, it is inevitable to solve well the problem of poverty.China’s western region is the most poverty area, and the most poverty area of western region of China is the rural areas. The rural poverty of western China is the "bottleneck" of the constraints "western development". Gansu Province as one of the most poverty Province in China’s western region, the economic and social development has lagged behind and the proportion of the rural poor population is increasingly high. In recent years, with in-depth implementation of poverty reduction policies, the nature and causes of rural poverty in Gansu also change, poverty in the province-wide showed significant spatial differences:the poor are mainly concentrated in southern Gansu," two state and two cities "area. Therefore, starting from the point of view of space has great significance for a correct understanding and reasonable settlement of the Gansu rural poverty.In this paper, firstly we give a relative comprehensive introduction to the poverty-related concepts and research situation at home and abroad, which is the theoretical basis of this study. Then, we introduced the general situation of rural poverty in Gansu; we also described the regional distribution and extent of poverty of the poor in Gansu in the perspective of space; we analyzed the nature and causes of rural poverty in Gansu Province again in order to find out the deep-seated obstacles constraining the economic and social development of Gansu rural, Finally, through the comb and evaluation of Gansu rural Poverty Reduction mode, recommendations and countermeasures are presented to reselect the Gansu rural Poverty Reduction mode.
