With the rapid development of social economy, the urbanization process was rapidly accelerated; thecontradiction between human beings and lands was increasingly intensified; and the contradiction betweenthe huge population base and relatively limited lands became more and more serious. However, recently therural residential areas land condition disobeyed basic national policy of cultivated land protection whichwas operated for a long time. in addition, the government required us to build new rural areas. in order toreveal the important factors which had some influences in the process of land use change in the ruralresidential areas, plus to achieve rural residential areas of land to the current arrangement work and theconstruction of new countryside to provide theoretical reference purpose, it is particularly necessary to dothe rural residential areas of land to change law and driving mechanism research. After I had learned the research results of the domestic and foreign scholars, I decided to analyzeMicroscopic perspectives. I used questionnaire method, and sampled68farmers from YongChen gcity inhenan province., and then I analyzed the firsthand collected material via multiple linear regression model todo a quantitative analysis of the main driving factors of land use change in the rural residential areas. The main contents of this article are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. this paper not only expounds background, significance, theobjectives, content and research method of doing a research on the land use change in the rural residentialareas, and also depicts and analyzes the current domestic and international research progress. The second chapter is the relevant theoretical basis. this chapter defines the concept of the residentialareas, rural residential areas, and the rural land housing sites. Also, I define the scope of object of study inthis paper. I proposed the theoretical basis of the driving mechanism of land use change in rural residentialareas, including the Maslow’s theory of needs and to coordinate theory. In The third chapter, I depict and analyze precisely the general situation and the sample, including theage distribution, the family scales and labor force structure, education degrees, the experiences of workingoutside, houses conditions of the farmers. The fourth chapter is to study the situations of the land use change in the rural residential areas.afteranalyzing the material of interviews and summarizing the statistical data of rural residential areas, I concluded that the total amounts of land use in the rural residential areas rises, and found there are severalcharacteristics in this area:(1) rural residential areas was distributed discretely, and the land use scalewas small.(2) farmers almost own their own houses. The capacity rate was low.(3) the proportion of theland of rural residential areas was big. the per capita area was also big.(4)the planning of the land of therural residential areas was unreasonable. And the idle phenomenon was serious. The fifth chapter is the study of the driving mechanism of the land use change of the rural residentialareas, through the means of peasant household survey data, with the aid of social science statistical processSPSS17.0, using linear regression model of land use change rural residential areas of the drive mechanismis analyzed and the following conclusion, the bigger the family farmers, the higher the proportion of men, house it is, the more good, the higher the degree of master culture, working outside the more time, the landadministrative law and regulations on the understanding and the more good cases traffic conditions, landarea is the bigger the farmers, including their household size, householder working outside of time and thehouses of the farmers of peasant household land area of effect is remarkable. Land area of farmers hasnegative influence on the effect of the factors of natural disasters, economic conditions and householderage. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and discussion, summarizes the research of the whole text of theconclusion, and deficiency of the article make analysis.
