To establish cycle type industrial mode, must based current, suiting measures to local conditions, by establishing benign cycle of industrial production chain and Enterprise symbiosis network, will waste for resources again using, closed material circulatory system and as reduced consumption sexual material of using, maximum to reduced material and energy consumption, eventually reached industrial production of zero emissions and zero pollution, implementation industrial material production and resources environment harmonious coexistence and coordination development.This thesis firstly sets forth related theory of industrial cycle economic and the research of industrial cycle economic mode in abroad, for the mode based on cycle economic of industrial construction soughing theory foundation and useful experience reference, and applies to the mode of industrial construction; secondly, this thesis sets the construction of industrial cycle economic mode in Erhai basin as the research object, analyzing the present situation of industrial development on the basin concretely, and make an objective evaluation and understanding by related cycle economic evaluation index on Erhai basin of industrial cycle economic development, we can find out currently industrial cycle economic in Erhai basin has a lower development degree, also exists many insufficient; thirdly, based on related theory and status analysis, suiting measures to local conditions, This thesis constructs industrial mode of cycle economic in Erhai basin from three levels.(Ⅰ) Enterprise level, which mainly construct clean production;(Ⅱ) Some enterprises cooperate mutually to construct closed cycle mode;(Ⅲ) Cycle type industrial mode construction of entire basin; Finally, the thesis puts forward the proposal to improve and promote the construction of Industrial model based on circulation economy.In this paper, circular economy research specific to the industrial field, and navigate to a particular region to study, so the paper owes highly target. The Paper set up industrial circular economy evaluation system for the Erhai basin, which can effectively detect the results that is achieved in practice of the basin, to guide its construction. To build a recycling-based industrial model layer by layer from small to large, not just within the enterprise, between enterprises, but also from the region as a whole to grasp the full build. By circulation type industrial building and the establishment of supportive policies, can effectively improve the local industrial structure, reduce pollution, to improve resource utilization efficiency.
