Technological Progress Under The Condition Of High Technology Enterprise Growth Path And Strategy Research

As the high-tech enterprises becoming an important driving force in promoting national economic growth, academic and business community at home and abroad are paying more attention to high-tech enterprises. However, many studies concerning high-tech enterprises growth are concentrated on qualitative description such as its impact factor, the growth mechanism and its operational mode. Quantitative literatures taking the model of power system for high-tech enterprises growth to elaborate on growth mechanism and its operational mode are rare. The key power source of high-tech enterprises are embodied in the technological progress of enterprises, For this reason, I will take technological progress as a clue to further discuss and analyze the mechanism of high-tech business growth and its management path.The collation of the literature related to firm growth theory provides sufficient theory support and analysis mode for the study on high-tech firm growth relevant problems, from the perspective of crucial power source of high-tech business growth--technological progress. Through analysis of the theory of technological progress, this paper tries to redefine the nature of the high-tech enterprise technological progress, to explore the knowledge origin and structural elements of technological progress, but also to conduct an in-depth analysis of the formation and evolution mechanism of technological progress.Setting off from the perspective of crucial power source of high-tech business growth, this paper builds a system model for the high-tech firms growth, pointing out the inherent correlation of the technological progress and the heterogeneity growth of the high-tech enterprises. All is to analyze in-depth the root causes of the high-tech business growth laying in the core driving force--technological progress, and to elaborate on the interaction mechanism between technological progress and the growth of high-tech enterprise,from the perspective of the life cycle of technologyThis paper carries out an empirical analysis of the impact of technological progress on the high-tech business growth by constructing a structural equation model, the use of relevant statistical software. The results indicates that technological progress plays a positive role in the growth of high-tech enterprises, elements of technological progress take an indirect effect on the growth of high-tech enterprises through the platform of technological progress.By analyzing the connotation of the high-tech firms’ growth path, the paper argues that the growth path should be the results of the dynamic mechanism of the high-tech enterprises growth and changes in spatial and temporal trajectory. The selection of growth path is to make sure how to build, nurture and optimize the corresponding dynamic mechanism system a subjective and established conditions, making the power source and selection of the growth path for high-tech firms growth in a controllable range. In other words, the growth path is the outward manifestation of the continuing effect of the corporate growth engine. Based on an in-depth analysis of the effect mechanism and influence degree of technological progress elements on high-tech firms growth, this paper puts forward four growth paths for High-tech firms, as follows: the growth path through network, innovative growth path, market-oriented growth path, and strategic-oriented growth path based on organizational learning and explores the support conditions and the implementation strategy for each growth path.
