The Research On Sustainable Growth Strategy Of Inner Mongolia High-tech Enterprises

Today’s society is an era of knowledge economy, is an age with technology as thecore. In this era background, the emergence and growth of the high-tech enterprises hasplayed a vital role for the growth of the national economy. Through technical innovation,realizing the sustainable growth of the high-tech enterprises gradually got the attention ofsocial from all walks of life. Therefore, this study based on Chinese big background,combined with the real situation of Inner Mongolia. Through theoretical and empiricalanalysis of the high-tech enterprises of Inner Mongolia, the research explore in differentgrowth stage and the external environment the high-tech enterprises of Inner Mongoliashould choose what kind of growth strategy of technological innovation. So far, manyscholars studied the high-tech enterprises both at home and abroad, and achieved fruitfulresults, but researches for the technology innovation strategy choice of the high-techenterprises combined with life cycle stage and the external environment are very few.Firstly,on the basis of predecessors’ research, this article defined the high-tech enterprisesand technological innovation ability, and reviewed the related theories of the high-techenterprises. Secondly, this paper researched and collected secondary data of71Inner Mongoliahigh-tech enterprises. According to needs and availability of the data, this paper extracted16factors of technical innovation ability for the high-tech enterprises. Through factor regressionanalysis, this research probed into the overall technological innovation capability of InnerMongolia high-tech enterprises, and analyzed the high-tech enterprises in different degreestechnology innovation ability. Again, through investigation and interview, this paper analyzedthe external environment to effects of Inner Mongolia high-tech enterprises growth andinnovation strategy, and achieved the main external environmental factors about the influenceof Inner Mongolia high-tech enterprises growth and innovation strategy, including: government,the market competition factors, factors of industrial cluster. Finally, based on the above analysis,in combination with the high-tech enterprises ’ life cycle, explored in different life cycle stages, different technology innovation ability condition and the external environment condition, InnerMongolia high-tech enterprises should choose what kind of technical innovation strategy, andchosen three Inner Mongolia high-tech enterprises in the different life cycle stage for exampleverification.Compared with the existing research results, the main innovation points of this paper is toanalyze technology innovation ability of Inner Mongolia high-tech enterprises, combing outInner Mongolia high-tech enterprises should strive to which aspects for improving technologyinnovation ability. And put forward in view of the different life cycle stages, differenttechnology innovation ability condition and different external environment, InnerMongolia high-tech enterprises should prefer to what kind of technology innovationstrategy. This research helps to improve the technology innovation ability of InnerMongolia high-tech enterprises, and choose technology innovation strategy which isadvantageous to the enterprise, and then realizes the sustainable growth of enterprises.
