Study On The Coordination Strategy And Performance Evaluation Of Agricultural Supply Chain

Agriculture is the foundation of our country’s national economy and development. In recent years, ourcountry attaches great importance to the agriculture, especially for issues of agriculture, farmers, rural area.The problems exist in agricultural supply and demand gap and the farmers income have become the focusproblems, so studying the supply chain coordination of agricultural products is the urgent thing. The study ofthe supply chain coordination strategy is the key to improve the enterprises’ own profits and overall profits ofeach agriculture products supply note. Firstly, by comparing with the traditional management concepts, therelated theories on the agricultural products supply chain and its management are given, and combined withcollaborative theory and organization theory to make a specific comprehensive analysis for the concept, type,mechanism and the factors influence coordination of the agricultural products supply chain coordination, andproposed the countermeasures of agricultural products supply chain disorders Next, by analyzing therelationship among enterprises of chain members to put forward the principal-agent relationship which underthe interest conflict. On this basis, summarized several types of supply chain coordination strategy under theinterest driven, and further constructed the cooperation pricing game model on co-operative and nonco-operative, for processors and dealers who in the system of agricultural products supply chain, and on thebasis of cooperative pricing emphatically analyzed and compared the interest coordination strategy ofagricultural products supply chain, which based on the Shapley Value and the same profit growth. Throughthe numerical algorithm verified the feasibility and the practicability of two interest coordination strategies,and obtained the result that, by different ways to distribute profit will have different results. Finally, depthanalyzed concept and function of the performance evaluation on agricultural products supply chaincoordination, and build the Evaluation Index System of performance evaluation on agricultural productssupply chain coordination from four aspects, logistics, cash flow, information flow and work flow, whichbased on the principles of designing an Evaluation Index System, to further subdivided each index and madequantitative interpretation for the part subdivided index. And adopted the projection pursuit model based tomake comprehensive evaluation on the coordination performance, for agricultural product enterprises whichhave the function of supply chain, with the function of the produce of the coordination of the enterpriseperformance. At the same time, obtained the influence degree of each index which influence the coordinationperformance of, which play a key role in formulating and optimizing the coordination strategy of agriculturalproducts supply chain.
