Therefore, the problem of rural land circulation risk in our country is help for rural land circulation and risk scene deep cause of the formation of the risk, also can able to prevent and reduce rural land circulation crisis happened, and set up and improve the rural land circulation mechanism, the realization of the rural stability and the development of harmonious society has the important practical significance.This paper is from the perspective of the theory of social risks, both in domestic and abroad about the circulation of rural land risk problem of the study on the basis of literature review, described the rural land circulation related concepts and summarized the main content of the theory of social risks. Then, summarizes the status quo of the development of rural land circulation, historical evolution and the existing main problems.
