With the economic and social development, employers attach more and more importance to knowledge and skills when recruiting new staff, which puts forward new requirements to the western rural human resources in China. However, most western rural human resources do not master one or more professional skills, which resulted in the fact that employment rate there is low. As the government, employers and the rural human resources themselves pay more and more attention to vocational training, some factors such as training period, teachers and training methods of the western rural human resources training institutions exert more favorable effect on the employment capability there.Based on empirical research methods, this paper analyzes the relationship between the related facts that influence migrant workers employment before and after training by conducting questionnaire investigation to trained migrant workers in Qionglai City Sichuan province. By analyzing the training period, teachers, training methods of training institutions separately, this paper discusses the influencing factors on successful employment of the trained western rural human resources.Through the analysis, it is found that the training period, qualification of teachers, training methods of training institutions have positive influence on successful employment of the trained western rural human resources obviously. Under the condition that the other influencing factors keep constant, an increase of one unit in qualification of teachers will lead to3.13times increase of employment of the trained western rural human resources, which is2.13times more than the original; the employment capability will improve by7.95times when the training period increases by one unit, which is6.95times more than the original; and when the training method improves by every unit, the employment will enhance by6.52times, which is5.52times more than the original.According to conclusion of study on the influencing factors of western rural human resources training quality, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions in order to promote smooth employment of the rural human resources after training.
