Study On The Development Of Ceramic Industrial Cluster In Jingdezheu

The brilliant history of Jingdezhen is created by the Romantic charm of the kiln firecontinued for thousands of years. Jingdezhen Porcelain was first started in the HanDynasty about1,700years ago, and after developing and evolving for more than onethousand years, it reached a record peak at the Kangxi and Qianlong period in QingDynasty. Jingdezhen, from an important ceramic producing area in our country, graduallygrew into a world-famous porcelain. However, since the modern times, the developmentof ceramic industry in Jingdezhen once vibrant has been in trouble, especially since theReform and Opening up from planned economy to market economy in the eighties of lastcentury. Jingdezhen has not put themselves in a proper position to keep up with the paceof the times. Therefore, the study of the development of Jingdezhen ceramic industrycluster is of great significance, which is not only helpful to the successive，rapid andhealthy development, but also profitable to bringing span-type development to theregional economic of Jingdezhen.In this paper, the industry cluster theories of domestic and foreign scholars arementioned, and compared with the development of some typical domestic andinternational of industrial clusters, a more specific and in-depth empirical research on thedevelopment of Jingdezhen ceramic industry cluster is made, then analyze thedevelopment of Ceramic Industrial Cluster in Jingdezhen by SWOT analysis，andfinally puts forward a conception of the development of Ceramic Industrial Cluster inJingdezhen in the future.
