With the development of economy, the domestic ceramic producing areas increased gradully, resulting in drastic competition ineramic industries. In face of more and more domestic competition in ceramic producing areas, coupled with the impact of the international financial crisis and the European and American anti-dumping intensified, the development of Liling ceramics industry is facing severe challenges and its market competitiveness is declining. Therefore, using the advantages of industrial clusters, and creating regional brand in Liling ceramics industry to enhance the competitiveness of Liling ceramic industry are the inevitable trend of ceramic industry development in Liling.In the present study, using the literature research and analysis, the knowledge of domestic and regional industry brand is summarized. Furthermore, the survey research method is used to to analyze the present development situation of Liling ceramics regional brand. Using system analysis, we put forward countermeasures to shape the brand of Liling ceramics industry for improving the Liling ceramics regional brand effects and creating more economic effects in Liling. The results showed that Liling ceramics industry regional brand construction exists many problems such as slow brand building process, weak brand awareness, lack of regional brand management agency, and low brand added value, etc. which seriously affect the development of Liling ceramics industry. Therefore, the construction of regional brand of Liling ceramics industry is imperative. Furthermore, according to the Liling superior historical and humanistic environment, through establishing the support service systemt of regional brand in Liling ceramics industry cluster, speeding up infrastructure construction and optimizing the space layout, innovating the service system and mechanism, promoting the specialization and cooperation in Liling ceramic industry clusters, promoting the brand development strategy, cultivating Liling ceramic industry’s flagship enterprise, promoting independent innovation and innovation in ceramic industrial construction, speeding up the Liling ceramic industry cluster and the development of human resources, Optimizing the allocation of resources and protecting the ecological environment of Liling ceramic industry cluster and so on, it is not only conducive to the competitiveness of Liling ceramic industry, but also has profound significance on the sustainable development of Liling city.
