Now several major Ceramic producing areas hasformed,for example, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hunan.The ceramicindustry cluster in the areas has made a significant contribution to the economic growth.However, China’s ceramic industry clusters have lots of problems such as the lack ofinnovation, lack of well-known brands, the main communication is not smooth, lowvalue-added products.The Ceramic industry Clusters in China are locked in the lowerend of the global value chain links. The ceramic industrial clusters of china need toachieve the overall upgrade.The ceramic Industrial cluster is a super network, based on the interaction of mainbody which has made mutual influence, and the main body is composed of ceramicsenterprises, ceramics research institutions, government etc. Enterprises in the cluster ofrelative independence, flexible connection between members and the inter-dependence,cooperation and competition between different subjects is the root cause of the cluster toupgrade. Because the network trap and value chain trap, the new way of the upgrading ofChina’s ceramic industry cluster is bringing into the net and chain interaction mechanism.In this paper, this article is based on the situation and problems of China’s ceramicindustry cluster and analyzing the related theory of industrial cluster upgrading. Puttingforward new ideas for promoting upgrading of ceramic industrial cluster is theconstruction of net and chain interaction mechanism.
