Satisfaction Survey Of The Public Service Based Industry Civilization

I In current China, with the development of the market and the democratization process, the requirements of the public on public service quality are also getting higher and higher.The satisfaction of the public gradually arouses the close attention of theorists, resulting in a large number of research methods and models. But great practice show that the system or model of some study are taking more attention on theory,that is not easy to use.How to accurately measure and evaluate its public satisfaction in the civil service and how to adopt method fit to comparison of horizontal or vertical need to be further innovation and development, especially for some public service industry involving people’s livelihood.On the basis of the full experimental study of various theories and practice, the author gives a research of latent variables and observed variables during evaluation.The author has designed a set of evaluation methods about culture service of public utilities. According to the questionnaire survey and the corresponding data analysis, it will calculate the satisfaction index to reflect the public service level.In addition, the method generalize differences of forms and works and form evaluation project and content. According to the evaluation result, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of quality and civilized service that in the gas industry of S city. Also, it will put forward the constructive measures on how to improve service levels and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.At the end of this thesis, the author gives a brief discussion to the limitation and defect of the current study in the hope of throwing some insights for possible further studies.
