Migrant workers are contributing the economic development and social construction. However, there exists serious public service problems for migrant workers due to many factors, such as urban-rural dual economy structure, dual residential structure, job discrimination and lack of social responsibility. Few corporate are offering migrant workers necessary social assurance and some small corporate have no injury insurances, which are negative on protecting migrant workers’ basic rights and increasing their active involvements, thus, impeding the development of corporate. Corporate is a key component in providing public services and improving corporate public service is crucial for migrant workers’ public service, promoting their civilization and keeping social stability. This paper analyses corporate public service supply situation and problems based on using corporate social responsibility theory in Jiangxi Province, PR China. It also uses factor analysis method to evaluate corporate public service supply capability according to their migrant worker recruitment, training, injury insurance etc. and compare corporate public service supply capacity between Northern and Southern Jiangxi Province. This paper also uses OLS regression analysis method to study factors affecting corporate public service supply capacity based on corporate characteristics such as corporate scale and corporate type, and industry characteristics such as technological level and industry centralization rate. Further, quantile regression analysis method is applied to analyse corporate public service supply capacity distribution pattern. Results are obtained and useful policy suggestions are proposed to address existing public service problems for migrant workers from three aspects.
