The Research On Financial Strategy Of The DLDS CO.

With the development and modernization, enterprise strategic management has become an important part of enterprise management. Corporate financial strategy is an important component of corporate strategy, which impacts on the overall operation and goals of the enterprise. As most of China’s enterprises are short for the concept of strategic management of corporate financial, it then limits the development and growth of the enterprise. China’s construction industry is highly competitive, and enterprise growth rapidly. Construction enterprise needs to strengthen the strategic management, in order to seize market opportunities, expand market share, and win in the fierce market competition.The formulation of corporate financial strategy is of great significance to the realization of corporate strategic objectives and enterprise growth of construction enterprise DLDS. Combined with the theory of corporate financial strategy, this paper studies the corporate financial strategy of DLDS from the perspective of corporate strategy. By analyzing the advantages and problems of DLDS in the internal financial, human resources, marketing capabilities, the enterprise external environment of the construction industry in the Porter’s five forces model, as well as the macroeconomic impact on the industry, it gets the goals of the corporate financial strategy in DLDS. Under the premise of the goals, it develops an early, mid and long-term planning about the company’s budget, internal control and accounting systems, and proposes specific implementation measures.This study can accurately analyze the characteristics of DLDS financial management, and gives the basis for the formulation of its corporate financial strategy. The steps and methods for DLDS corporate financial strategy planning developed in this paper provide a reference for other companies to develop their corporate financial strategies.
