The development of network technology has witnessed an increasing number of enterprises engaged in the network business, and then the online retail business comes into being. The network retails which take advantage of advanced IT technologies have become a major sales model, B2C’s (Business to Customers) online retail market deal is getting larger. In the first quarter of2011, china’s total online retail market deal reached226.5billion RMB, of which contains B2C online retail market’s68billion RMB deal. The total deal on line of the whole year has reached805.59billion, the total retail ofB2C has increased25%of the whole world to30%in the last2years.As a giant with large network of retail enterprises, B2C have further improved its shopping sites’own logistics and distribution in order to improve competition in the online retail industry. However, because of the considerable uncertainties of the commodity returns in online retail enterprises resulted by the diversity and intuitive of network sales, reverse logistics network planning in network retail business have become a key factor for online retail enterprises to reduce costs, improve service levels and acquire the core competitiveness. Departure from the systematic point of view, this paper is trying to figure out an optimal path and to determine a reasonable minimum number of delivery vehicles. It will be related to the case of the actual distribution needs of customers and returns, the reverse logistics network which is built on the basis of the original forward distribution network and the delivery vehicle load limits and the distribution of the customer’s distribution center and the amount of returns.Firstly, this paper introduces some background and significance of the research, the domestic and foreign literature data, and network and retail business situation. The content and structure of this study have also been determined; Secondly, the basic concepts of reverse logistics, ways to build the reverse logistics system and general situations of network retail enterprise reverse logistics will be introduced; then the concept, type and function of reverse logistics network and methods of reverse logistics network design will be introduced. With the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, the main reasons resulted in reverse logistics is the damage of products in online retail enterprises. Finally, under the general steps with the existing network of retail businesses which is combined with the reverse logistics network design, the reverse logistics network path planning model of the network retail business will be established; and by using genetic algorithms, the model will be solved on the basis of some appropriate improvements. Through the actual situation of the network retail business and combining with the Mat lab toolbox, reverse logistics network path optimization will be solved. Results have shown that the network reverse logistics path design model and algorithm in the network retail business is feasible. It will be of great significance to the reverse of the logistics network planning in online retail business.
