In order to grasp and contr-ol the direction in development of the land market，which to determine the s-pecific parcel of property and use research and analysis of the system, we mus-t to change in the characteristics and trends of the land prices. In modern so-ciety, computer technology and related theories continue to improve and the d-evelopment of dynamic changes in the price of land which come from the ori-ginal qualitative research quantitative to transition into a reality，and take the2Dand the3D performance characteristics of this dynamic change，which new de-velopment in this series will allow us to further study the dynamic changes of l-and price，the optimal allocation of land resources has important application va-lue and realistic significance.This paper is completed at the2011Guiping city fiducial price is updat-ed on the basis of the work, taking Guiping city as the research object, fu-ther analysis of price of city of Guiping of the time and spatial change pro-cess and distribution, with a view to the future city land gradation and pri-ce adjustment, update and land dynamic monitoring system established toprovide reference.
