Research On Establishing A Long-term Mechanism Of The Transfer And Employment Of Rural Surplus Labor Force

The problem of the transfer and employment of rural surplus labor force is a significantproblem of China’s economic development. It is relate to the increase of peasants’ income,relate to the victory in the comprehensive construction of well-off society, relate to China’smodernization, industrialization and city change advance. Many scholars studied anddiscussed on this problem, and give many opinions and suggestions. But in our country, thetransfer and employment of rural surplus labor force situation is still very grim, it shows thatthe transfer and employment of rural surplus labor force theory has not been able to satisfy therural surplus labor to be quickly transfer and employment demand. We should be based on along-term perspective, establish a long-term mechanism, to ensure the rural surplus laborsustainable and stable transfer and employment, realization the transfer and employment ofrural surplus labor force sustainable development.The research on establishing a long-term mechanism of the transfer and employment ofrural surplus labor force is still in the exploration in domestic academic circles. It has notformed a theoretical system. In this paper, on the basis of previous research results, combinedwith the real situation of our country, I use new thinking way and perspective, research on thetransfer and employment of rural surplus labor issues in-depth analysis and discussion. I putforward many practical suggestions for the transfer and employment of rural surplus laborforce in the construction of long-term mechanism from a more comprehensive, more broadperspective way. The article tries to analysis this problem from three chapters.First, mainly discusses the transfer and employment of rural surplus labor’s status andcharacteristics. Secondly, revealing the problems in transfer and employment of rural surpluslabor force, and analyzed various factors that restrict the transfer and employment of ruralsurplus labor force in detail. Last, in the light of the problems and constraints that mentionedin the second part, put forward some suggestions to establish a long-term mechanism of thetransfer and employment of rural surplus labor force from six aspects.
