In recent years, as the market’s saturation, the communications industry suffered a growing pains, the development speed slowed down quickly, and in2010, the communication industry’s income growth rate is less than half of the GDP. And the saturation of the market led to a fierce competition. In order to increase the market of the mobile communication, especially the marketing efforts in the high-end customer, the other major competitors use a fusion business, also strengthened the intensity in the quality of channels and strategic partners, at the same time they use low cost strategy to fix business. On one hand it reduced the fixed telephone network rate, and the other hand increase the mobile phone market’s new share. In addition, the issuance of3G licenses let everyone back to the same starting line, the industry recombination following post will also enable the China ’s communication industry presents a new competitive pattern.This paper take JC communication company for example, through case analysis method, research the regional market’s development, hope to development the similar regional market, to offer draw lessons from a meaning, and hope to provide the practical guidance of China’s regional market. In which, the first chapter introduces the research background, the significance, ideas and the methods; the second chapter introduces the main theory to provide guidance of company; the third chapter analyses the JC company’s regional’s present situation, the fourth chapter according to the related theory,to analysis the JC company’s regional development; the fifth chapter put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, to improve the JC company’s regional market development, and the sixth chapter conclusion.
