However, the vast opportunities of foreign-funded enterprises to enter China’s logistics enterprises has also brought a huge challenge. Modern logistics management has become a business to reduce costs, improve productivity beyond the third profit source, more and more corporate and independent third-party logistics companies to establish cooperative relations has brought great opportunities for China’s logistics enterprises. How reasonable comprehensive performance evaluation of logistics enterprises, the establishment of an effective performance evaluation system, to discover the pros and cons of the enterprises themselves to ensure the efficient operation of the logistics enterprises, improve the competitiveness of the logistics enterprises, has become the urgent problem of logistics enterprises in China.This article summarizes the analysis of domestic and foreign corporate performance evaluation, and logistics performance evaluation of the status quo analysis of the inadequacies exist in the current study, according to the characteristics of the current logistics enterprise, established from the finance, procurement, transportation, warehousing, business development potential of the five dimensions of logistics enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation index system, using the analytic network process (ANP) analysis to calculate the weights of the various indicators.
